birth of DNA

During May 2012, the idea of creating "ADN Criminalística", with the aim of providing products for the development of forensic activities, under the motto "Runs in our Blood".

01 Jul

Activation of the online store

In September of that year, The ADN Criminalística website is officially launched, with online store format. The first product categories were Magnifiers, microscopes and forensic lighting.

First participations in events

At the end of 2012, ADN participated in the organization of the 1st Cultural Meeting of Criminal Profilers, which consisted of training provided by Mexico to the security forces of Colombia.

2013

Participation in TV

DNA participated in the TV program "70.20 Hoy" de Chiche Gelblung. In that opportunity, it was an exhibition of a development of blood stains eradicated with Luminol.

2014

Logo change

During 2014, we changed the aesthetics of the logo by renewing it, which continues to be used even today.

App Development

We developed the first forensic application in the region for cell phones and tablets, which can still be downloaded for free from Google PlayStore.

JACFA Organization 2015

We participate in the organization and with a stand in the First Argentine Conference on Applied Forensic Sciences (JACFA). In the same year we also participated in other events of national importance, as the International Congress of Writing and Science.

Opening of our offices

in March 2016 We opened our first offices in Microcentro (City of Buenos Aires).

First advice on Film and TV

First participation in Film and TV consulting. It was the miniseries "La Fragilidad de los Cuerpos" produced by Pol-ka and Turner. From her, we participate in other productions made by Disney (2019), Storylab (2020), Netflix (2021), among other.

Participation in Forensics Europe Expo (Londres)

During the 3 y 4 of May, ADN Criminalística participated in the Forensics Europe Expo 2017 con stand y dos workshops, being the only Argentine company to carry it out.

2018

Start of training

We started with one of the activities that characterizes us today: specialized workshops in papilloscopy, documentology, ballistics, scopometry, among other branches.

Participation in the EAFS 2018 (Lyon)

We participate by presenting an e-poster at the 8th European Academy of Forensic Science Conferences (EAFS 2018) held in Lyon (Francia).

2019

Training in Spain

We carry out the counterfeit determination intensive seminar through the scopometric method, in a mixed way: face-to-face in Alicante (España) and online.

international distinction

ADN Criminalística was awarded the international award for "Best Forensic Startup of the 2020", within the framework of "Legal Desire Summit and Awards 2020", for the progress made in the last year, and our rapid adaptation to the situation generated by the pandemic, which allowed us to continue efficiently with all our forensic activities.

We resume face-to-face activities

During 2021, we resume our face-to-face activities post-pandemic, opening new offices, launching new products, and organizing a new edition of face-to-face workshops.
