The excellent reception received by the first edition of this book, that was published in our country, Chile and Ecuador, added to the comments about its regular use as a reference work and application in expert reports on sexual abuse with penetration, the old rape, in which the hymen becomes the guest of honor, they have led me to deepen their study and increase the casuistry, own and numerous colleagues, nationals and foreigners who use me as a specialist and issuer, many times, from the last opinion.
With the previous material plus the one that has been incorporated, I have no doubt that my contribution will continue to be of real value in numerous cases in which the doubt of the expert, before being validated and taken to the erroneous test range, can take lawyers, prosecutors and judges to irreparable situations for those who deserve to be judged with knowledge and experience, it is, with science and conscience.
